WACO, Texas - Benedikt Dorsch the ITA ranked No. 1 player in the nation defeated two competitors to move into the finals of the ITA Championships, Saturday, Oct. 11.
Dorsch began the day by easily defeating Jeremy Wurtzman of Ohio State, 6-1, 6-4. In the next match, Dorsch defeated Izak van der Merwe from Old Dominion 6-4, 6-4 to reach the finals.
Dorsch will compete tomorrow at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, for the ITA singles Championship.
