Today, we woke up at 7 a.m. and went downstairs to breakfast. We had a few different things, like caramel peanut butter. It was so good, I need to buy some to take home! We also had a lettuce salad, which was kind of different for a breakfast food, but it was good. I expected the food here to be gross, but I have loved everything so far.
From breakfast, we went to practice. We scrimmaged more Japanese teams today. I think we improved from Wednesday, we had more energy and played better as a team. The time difference started to catch up with us at our third session, which was after dinner. We haven't fully adjusted yet, and the last practice was like practicing at 4 in the morning. We were all dragging a little bit, but we made it through. It felt so good to step into that shower tonight, even though it was a community bath/shower!
Now it's off to bed, or should I say rice mats. I know we will all be knocked out tonight. We will need the energy tomorrow, that's for sure!
See you all in eight days! Hi Mom and Dad! I miss you and I love you!
